Information
At the Boys & Girls Club of Milford, we are offering a 9-week licensed summer camp. Children are separated by age, and each age group has it’s own daily activity schedule. Groups will rotate throughout the program, giving members a chance to play in the gymnasium, create crafts, spend time on the playscape, blacktop and field areas as well as enjoy plenty of fun in our airconditioned facility! Enrichment programs are also available in 5 core areas: Education & Career, Health & Life Skills, Character & Leadership, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation. Normal Day: 9:00am-5:30pm

Before Care: $50
Normal Day: $250

Special Events
Our Friday special events are a Club favorite. From Wacky Water Day to carnivals with cotton candy, we are sure there will be fun for everyone.

Registration Information
Registration opens for Summer Camp on February 28th. Registration can only be done online at www.boysandgirlsclubofmilford.com.
Please look over the registration form carefully before submitting.
Your registration is not complete until you:
Make your payment.
Complete all additional paperwork.
Turn in an up-to-date physical form.
Turn in up to date and complete medical forms and medication; if applicable.
The Club cannot hold your spot until all steps are complete.
50% non-refundable deposit is required for all weeks that you are registering for. All remaining balances need to be paid by June 1st to hold your spot.
We have created an option for online payment using a credit/debit card. While registering, at the bottom of the screen there are two options for payment. You can select Process with Payment and continue on the next screen to input your credit or debit card OR select Submit without Payment and a check or money order can be dropped into our Black Drop Box near Door 13 at our Simon Lake Unit within 24 hours to secure your spot in summer camp.
A Deposit of $25.00 per week signed up for is required at the time of registration to hold your spot if you are applying for Care4Kids/Scholarship or are creating a payment plan.
The Summer Camp program should be paid in full before Summer Camp starts and a reimbursement will be made after you receive approval for Care4Kids.
Scholarships & Care 4 Kids
There are limited Club scholarships available for those who qualify. For more information on the Scholarship Program contact the Clubhouse or
visit our website to find our Financial Assistance Form under the Documents tab.
The Boys & Girls Club of Milford accepts Care 4 Kids for the Summer Camp Program. In order to participate in the Summer Program, you must pay in full before the Summer Program begins and once you provide us with an approved Care 4 Kids certificate and we receive the funds from Care 4 Kids, we will reimburse your payment.
If you are applying for Care4Kids, email KassandraSebas@BGCMilford.com to receive a Parent Provider Agreement. We will complete the Club’s portion and email it back to you. Parents are to submit their application to Care4Kids.
