Our Safety Policies
We have established comprehensive safety measures to protect our youth. These policies are regularly reviewed and updated to adapt to new challenges and ensure the highest standards of safety.
Visitor Protocols
All visitors must sign in and out, and no one is allowed to walk through the facility without an escort. This ensures that only authorized individuals have access to our premises.
Background Checks
We conduct mandatory criminal background checks for all staff, board members, and volunteers who have direct contact with children. This is done annually to maintain a safe environment.
Immediate Reporting
Our staff and volunteers are mandated reporters, required to report any critical incidents or safety concerns to local authorities immediately. We also report to Boys & Girls Clubs of America within 24 hours.
Safety Training
Ongoing training is crucial. Our staff participate in various safety training programs, including First Aid, CPR, and seminars on child protection. We also collaborate with leading safety experts for guidance.
